SchoolPost: Recipient Selection

SchoolPost now relies on the iSAMS "mail merge" function for managing recipients, replacing the old "priorities" option.

To ensure your school messages are sent to all relevant users, you must select both 'All merges' AND 'Correspondence.' This is crucial because it ensures all individuals set to receive school-related publications—such as nannies and other specific contacts—will be included in your mailing list.

Please make sure you tick both boxes as shown below:
